This is what NexHall looks like
These views show the kind of screens a congregation uses. All names and data are fictitious.
Controlled access to congregation information
A congregation’s information is sensitive. That is why NexHall is designed so that access depends on the congregation and on each person’s role.
A space for each congregation
Each congregation works in its own space, and the system is designed to keep one congregation’s information separate from another’s.
Access based on responsibilities
What each person can see and do is defined by their role in the congregation.
Reviewed requests
Accounts are not created automatically. Each access request is reviewed before anything is enabled.
Non-public information
Congregation information is accessed after logging in and is not shown on public pages.
How to get access
Step 1: Request access
Complete the request with your congregation’s details.
Step 2: We review the request
A person reviews the information received.
Step 3: The information is verified
We check that the congregation’s details are consistent.
Step 4: Access is enabled
Once verified, access is enabled for the congregation.
Requesting access does not create an account or grant access automatically. This verification is by design.
